Each module that is placed in our battery packs goes through a rigorous testing processes identifying the State of Health using Internal Resistance and Capacity as performance measurements of each module.
 
After a module passes our testing it goes through our exercising process called deep cycling which restores and maximizes its capacity.
 
All modules are matched in a strategic order to maximize the life of the Hybrid Battery as a whole even further.
 
All electrical and wiring components are tested and all components are protected from corrosion to ensure excellent battery performance and long life. 
 
We use nickel plated bus bars and hardware eliminating corrosion from forming (a common occurrence on OEM bus bars).
